AMBER JACKSON

Amber Jackson is the CEO of Hype & Harvest, a firm offering coaching, organizational learning, and strategy development solutions to support the success of senior leaders and founders of product-based businesses. With a heart and mind for both people and profits, Amber supports ambitious, whole-hearted leaders as they grow profitable eCommerce brands. Her work through Hype & Harvest is based on her twenty years of experience leading teams at globally recognized CPG brands. She most recently led as Head of eCommerce & DTC at FIJI Water and previously held roles at Warner Bros. Discovery, Disney, and Johnson & Johnson. Amber holds an M.B.A. from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a B.S. in English from Carnegie Mellon University. 

 

In addition to Hype & Harvest, Amber is also the Founder of Drizzle Scones, an online specialty scone bakery that puts a sweet American twist on the classic British pastry. A hostess at heart, she launched the business in 2023 to help home cooks and event hosts spend less time in the kitchen and more time doing what they do best – bringing people together and building community.  Amber lives in Los Angeles with her pandemic puppy, Charley.

Candy Sugarman is a seasoned instructor and facilitator with extensive expertise in digital marketing, eLearning, instructor-led training, and instructional design methodologies. With over 15 years of experience, Candy excels in creating engaging training content and delivering impactful sessions to diverse audiences.


Candy has dedicated her career to empowering small business owners and entrepreneurs. Through her consultancy, Candy J Sugarman, LLC, she has provided invaluable training and facilitation services since 2008. Her work equips business owners with the necessary skills to thrive in today's competitive market. Whether virtual or in-person, Candy's training sessions are known for transforming participants' understanding and application of digital tools and strategies.
 

At the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship's Small Business Center in Fayetteville, North Carolina, Candy has a proven track record as a business counselor. She offers guidance and support in business planning, marketing, and operational strategy, significantly increasing clients' profitability and sustainability.
 

Candy's ability to demystify complex concepts and inspire actionable insights has empowered numerous entrepreneurs to leverage digital platforms effectively, driving significant business growth and success. She has conducted over 800 hours of training, focusing on the strategic use of marketing to promote business growth. Her expertise spans a variety of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.

 

A certified facilitator for the Icehouse Entrepreneurship Program, Candy guides aspiring entrepreneurs through the intricacies of starting and managing successful businesses. She has also presented at numerous educational institutions, sharing her knowledge with students and seasoned professionals.

 

Candy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles. Her extensive experience and unwavering commitment to fostering small business success make her a respected instructional design and training figure. Candy's work is characterized by a deep passion for helping individuals and businessesachieve their full potential.
